Marin Herman has been leading Human Resources teams at JC Resorts since 2014. She was the Director of Human Resources at Rancho Bernardo Inn before joining the Temecula Creek Inn family at the end of 2016. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California in Business Administration, as well as her Masters from the University of LaVerne in Leadership Management. In 2003, Marin accepted her first Human Resources opportunity and has remained in the HR field ever since. She is personally invested in a service culture of trust where employees are supported and heard. “Hospitality is a challenging but rewarding industry. I love to focus on each employee and work towards making the culture at JC Resorts a friendly and inviting one.”
German Aguirre has been with the Temecula Creek Inn/JC Golf Human Resources team since 2014. He obtained his Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from West Los Angeles College and furthered his education by obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Management and Human Resources from California State University Dominguez Hills, Carson. German has worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and enjoys helping others. “We’re in the business of people, as they are the most valuable asset of our organization. We care about our employees; we listen to them, show appreciation, and recognize them on a daily basis.”
