DIRECTIONS

  HOW DO I GET TO TEMECULA CREEK INN? From LAX (~150 minutes) – 105 East to 605 south 91 East to Interstate 15 South. Exit Highway 79 South/Indio. Turn left under the freeway and then right on to Pechanga Parkway. Turn right at Rainbow Canyon Road (1st light), and turn right into Temecula Creek Inn. From Ontario Airport (~60 minutes) -Head West on Mission Blvd to Euclid. Head North to Interstate 10 East. Take 10 East to Interstate 15 South. Exit Highway 79 South/Indio. Turn left under the freeway and then right on to Pechanga Parkway. Turn right at Rainbow Canyon Road (1st light), and turn right into Temecula Creek Inn. From San Diego Airport/Downtown (~60 minutes) -Take Harbor Drive South (toward downtown) and turn left at Grape Street. Go east to the top of the hill then take Interstate 5 South. Stay in the right lane and follow 163 North toward Escondido. Exit Highway 79 South/Indio. Turn right under the freeway and then right on to Pechanga Parkway. Turn right at Rainbow Canyon Road (1st light), and turn right into our Temecula hotel.   WHICH AIRPORT IS CLOSEST TO TEMECULA CREEK INN? TYPICAL STUFF

WHAT ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES AT TEMECULA CREEK INN? Check in is at 4 p.m. Check out is at 12 p.m. Early check in and late check out requests can be made at time of reservation, but are not confirmed until day of arrival and departure respectively.   WHAT IF I NEED EARLY CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT TIMES? Let us know during the reservation process and we’ll do our best short of kicking out the guest ahead of you. We can confirm the day of check-in if your room will be available before 4 p.m. You’re welcome to pre-check in with the front desk and start enjoying our resort amenities while we hold your luggage.   DOES TEMECULA CREEK INN HAVE A POOL? Yep! We have one outdoor pool and one outdoor spa. They’re located together, just off the hotel lobby. Pool and spa hours are 6:30am to 11:00pm.   WHAT DO I GET FOR THE RESORT FEE CHARGE? Resort fee is $15/night and includes: • Parking • Fitness Center • In-room Internet wired or wireless • Premium coffee/tea in the lobby on weekend mornings • Coffee and tea in-room • 2 bottled waters per room • Toll-free/local calls *Tax 12.45%   CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION? Of course. Both individual and group reservations – unless specified otherwise in a group contract – if cancelled with 72 hours’ notice will receive a full refund. Corporate reservations, if cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, will receive a full refund. After that, we’ll keep the first night’s room rate plus tax that we collect as a deposit when you make the reservation.  

PETS

ARE PETS ALLOWED? Yes, dogs weighing less than 50 lbs are allowed and two per room. Let us know during the reservation process as we have designated pet friendly rooms. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $75 will be charged to your room.* Please print and submit pet form.   WHAT IF I NEED TO LEAVE MY PET? We’re happy to provide a list of pet sitters and pet friendly restaurants around town so Fido can go with you.   WHAT ABOUT MY PET DRAGON? Please don’t bring your pet dragon. WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR ROOMS? There are loads of great things in the rooms. • Mini-refrigerator • Hair dryer • Plasma TV • iPod docking station • Wi-Fi and wired Internet access • Cribs and rollaway beds available upon request • Iron with ironing board • In-room safe.   DO YOU HAVE ROLLAWAY BEDS OR CRIBS? Yes, just let us know when you book your room.   CAN I HAVE A PARTY IN MY ROOM? No, but as long as you’re quiet and aren’t bothering anyone, we probably won’t notice.   CAN I SMOKE IN MY ROOM? No, if you do, we’ll charge you $100.   CAN I VAPE IN MY ROOM? That’s smoking…   THAT’S TOTALLY DIFFERENT No, it’s not.   WHAT ABOUT ON MY PATIO? OR ON THE BALCONY? Nope, not there either.   DO YOU OFFER GROUP BLOCKS? Yes, you can obtain a group block if you have 10 rooms or more, 8 or more rooms for a golf group. DOES THE RESORT OFFER ENTERTAINMENT? Yes, it just depends on the time of the year.   DO YOU OFFER IN-ROOM DINING? Room service is available 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.   IS LAUNDRY SERVICE AVAILABLE? Yes, we offer laundry service. Forms are available in each room to explain pricing and hours of operation.
